You can be confident that you are putting your property in good hands. For every prospective tenant we carry out a comprehensive credit check and obtain full references. Before any tenant enters a property we carry out a full inventory and set up a tenancy agreement, this protects all parties involved and helps if any disputes arise. James & Co are also part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme so at the end of a tenancy if there is a dispute that cannot be settled it is handed over to a third party Case Examiner who will take on the case to ensure a fair resolution.

James and Co offers two services when letting your property; Let Only and Management Services. Both services include free no obligation pre-rental valuations, To Let board, displays on our Web-sites, in the office and our regularly updated lettings list. We have a database of prospective tenants waiting for the right property.

We provide a comprehensive range of management services from single residential units to multi let commercial estates. We also provide block management for the collection of service charges for two tenants to two hundred.
